Motor Accidents claims

'A' with his wife 'B' and child 'C' died in an accident.

A's parents filed claim and the same is awarded.

at the same time, the claim filed by the B's parents dismissed that they are not legal heirs of 'B'. What is the relief for B's parents

well i dont think there could be some relief for B's parents....the claim shall be awarded to the legal heirs only.

my question is whether the parents "B" can be legal heirs or not?

B is a Hindu - Married lady
