how to form capital

if i am not a income tax payee yet? i had purchased a immovable property.
i want a capital (white money)around 40.lacs. to purchase a property .
my age is 38yrs, there are 3 members in my family . please guide me what to do.

for what context you what advise ? for taking loan or save tax ?

You shall have to show heavy loans from your relatives/parents and maximum of those must be non tax payee like you. If you have agricultural land then its income comes under non-taxable category. You may also show maximum of capital derived out of this income. Better take the services of any local taxation lawyer.
