Can i able to withdraw writ petition filed in high court for public interest and litigation. Stage of cases in ecourt service shows "Notice regarding Admission"
Can i withdraw it in this stage?

NO. You cannot withdraw a PIL once entertained.
Once a PIL is filed and heard, it cannot be allowed to be withdrawn, the Supreme
