What prompted you to remain an "anonymous" person and expecting obligation of experts, which is not in the rule of this platform ?
Vijay Raj Mahajan (Expert) 13 October 2018
Class 2 heirs list under the Hindu Succession Act provides the brothers and sisters of the deceased Hindu bachelor male who died intestate, are entitled to inherit his property. The section 11 of the Act clearly provides, the property shall be shared equally in any one entry in class 2. Here the entry of brothers and sisters are together hence all will claim it to be shared in equal parts.
