Pls post with your ID and not as AQ and you can get many replies.
Your ID does not mean your email id or phone number and don’t post these also

While you post with your ID attach the said offer letter in Forum section.
You may erase the names etc to maintain the confidentiality.

Confirm if threats are made in writing or if you have the irrefutable evidence of threats?
Have you registered with any databank or NSR and shared the PIN.
The said establishment has communicated in writing to employee's associations that IT does not indulge in blacklisting.

Thanks for positive response. Yes I have a chain of emails where HR person said that same as above. From my side I never registered myself in NSR.

When you have not joined the company, you cannot be considered as the employee of the company. They cannot blackmail you in the name of Nasscom to compel you to join their company. Before joining the company, you are not bound by any rule or convention of the company. You are free to choose any job. You may better file a complaint with the police against the company.

I'd 'ADVISE YOU TO SOON BECOME A MEMBER OF NSR AND FIGHT FOR THE ANTI EMPLOYEE POLICY OF NASSCOM THREATENING TO BLACKLIST THE PROPOSED EMPLOYEES IF THEY REFUSE TO JOIN THEIR ORGANIZATION. .THE SOONER YOU BECOME MEMBER OF OR REGISTER WITH NSR THE BETTER YOU WOULD BE.

There are many threads that you can search in SEARCH option in which I have attached the reply of said organizations to employees unions on said blacklisting.
The written communication may suffice to sue the said HR person/establishment and claim damages.
There are many IT/ITeS employees unions embraced by Trade unions and these have Lawyers also on panel. The unions have done a good job.
They can support and guide you.
The employee should always retain access to employees unions.

The establishment, employer, attorney’s of employer in HR/Legal cells, said associations like NASSCHOM etc are NOone, Nobody, Nothing to blacklist any candidate, employee..
In the above mentioned communications/letters by establishments/ associations to employee’s unions they have clearly mentioned that they are not in blacklisting..
You are at liberty to approach your employee’s unions/trade unions and very able LOCAL senior counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in Labor/service matters and well versed with LOCAL rules/laws/precedence’s and having successful track record…. and worth his/her salt and sue for harassment/intimidation/damages….
