Restoration

If a complainant not appears on the called date in the cr.court for any valid reason and the case gets dismissed is there any provision to file restoration petition as per law.

you can apply for restoration of the case. But you have to show satisfactory reason for your absence in the court on the appointed date. Consult your advocate on record and take immediate steps in the matter.
