Intercaste child

Sir/madam.. My father belongs to SC and my mother is a BC. Both of them were no more since my childhood. From my childhood , I was brought up by my maternal uncle . I completed my graduate degree in BC quota. Now my query is ,whether it is legally possible for me to get SC status and if so, am I eligible to claim reservation with regarding to Sc quota. Thank you sir/madam, in advance for your concern..

Caste of son / daughter is as per father, move accordingly to get the certificate.

What your Educational Certificates say from the beginning.what made you suddenly to Initiate and transfer to the Genuine Caste Now.In tenth and plus two itself you would have Noticed the Mistakes.Be Prepared with Answers for all these when you apply for the Rectification of Caste Certificate.

first you have to get your Father's records to Prove his caste.Sorry to say this You could Say the Error had happened by the Mistake of Guardians and Justify your self and get things Done

Get the certificate of caste issued as per caste of your father and if possible get the error in educational certificates be rectified on this basis.
