Dear Sir,

We three friends want to open an educational consultancy service in Siliguri , West Bengal as a partnership firm. Can you please help me in how to get registration & what all will be the process & where we have to Register.

Also please guide to we need any kind of affiliation done from any government departments.

Get the partnership registered with the Registrar.

You have not mentioned what type of consultancy in education field you want to provide.

If for admissions, try to get authority from concerned institution.

Please mention clear facts.

Dear sir, we are looking for educational consultancy service for sending the student abroad for further studies. We will be having affiliations with international college and will get the students enrolled here and send them to the concern institute overseas. We will be just acting as an consultant providing opportunities in overseas college.

The following formalities need to be complied for the purpose:
1)Regn. of Partnership Deed with Inspector General of Registration of your state
2)Obtaining of PAN in Firm Name
3)Regn. of Firm under local Shop & Commercial Establishment Act
4)Opening of Current A/c with any Commercial bank of the locality
5)Obtaining of Service Tax Regn.
6) Rent Agmt. for office

Besides , as the business grows, other requirements which arises as per business needs may be complied with .
