How to apply injunction order

All of you
I am venkatesh
My father given my grandpha land to his brothors to free gift in 1987. Now I want to file case aginest them.
And I want to apply injunction order right now. because I have just 20 days left. Because that property will take govt within 20 days. so what I do. till now I am not file the case also. I cunsern one lawyer 6 months back and paid the money but he is not file the case. He taken money from oposit pary. So what I do. how to fail the case fastly and apply injunction order.

If it was registered gift deed, merit may not be favorable to you.

Discuss with another lawyer and show him all the documents.

It was rigisterd with free gift. So how many days it will tacks to file the case. Can I apply stay order immediately.
