What type of allegation is said baseless in form of evidence in law. Such as I am saying that I have given you money for ticket but u don't give him back ticket and not give money after 6 month of that matter. He can't show any proof of money given and registration for ticket is not found on any record. Means what he says is only a story so can we say it base less.

Sir facts are 10 consumer alleged me that they are temporary connection holders in last session which ends in January 2015 but they alleged me in month of June 2015 before it they never complaint anywhere and now says that I did not give them receipt and takes money from them and use for myself . there is no record on paper that they uses electricity as it is like passenger in a train and after two month they alleged that they give bribe to tte and no record of money transfer. Is it said baseless or not. As. How I can prove that they are consumer. they never take temporary connection before that year. Can I say it baseless or not.

As there is no need of that receipt to them as they uses it if any and validity also expires on January so it is only to indulge me in false case as I don't know who are they they only want revenge from me.

There is no formula to decide / ruler to measure whether any claim is baseless or not.

Sir actually I am a govt employee and there was a electricity connection which is served for 4 month in October till Feb and consumer take connection at that time and it is known as temporary connection. It is end in month of January now there is no proof of connection after Jan till next session. And every year new connections served to new and old consumers. Now after that my dept official want to indulge me in false case so they take statement of near about 10 persons that at that time they give me money and did not give them receipt. Neither they have any proof of money transfer nor dept have any proof that they are his consumer that year but they charged me 409,420 IPC. Not a single paper but a false story. My view is that if he is a consumer then he must have to come during tym period and must complain at that tym so can search for receipt or money. But after 6 month when receipt is not have importance to them and I can't find any thing to proove they are only alleging me for only take revenge.and base less allegation they form.
