I just wanted to know in how many days the tenant can go for appeal in higher court and also on what ground can he .
As he his a defaulter of rent and also not obead the law for vacancy of the premise.

Tenant can go on appeal within a period of 30 days.
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 06 December 2015
1. Which court (Rent Controller, Civil or any other)has passed the order in your favour?
2. How much time has been granted by the Court to the respondent/tenant to comply?
3. Do you have faith in your lawyer? If so, what is the opinion and advise of your lawyer? If no, change him/her instantly and show the judgment/order to a prudent local lawyer.
4. Meanwhile file a caveat petition before its appellate Court through your lawyer.
