Dear sir,
My friend got Devorce from first wife and got married with another lady after Devorce.but he have a kid from second wife before Devorce from first wife so my query is this comes under bigamy or he is safe as per law,

When did he get divorce from first wife? If the first wife is not bothered why are U bothered on behalf of UR friend?

The divorce is final, no issue was raised during the proceedings, better forget till any issue raised by other party and even if raised, the same need to be dealt on merits.

Divorce was done on merits and the second marriage was done after a one year of divorce.everything is fine till here.
My only point and query is he got a a child before getting Devorce from first wife when the case was going,so want to know is this can b any legal problem.

1. The Child from First wife, has ALL the legal rights to claim on his fathers name & property, without any exceptions.

Anybody can beget a child, without getting married.
Therefore, if your friend has got a child from a lady before marrying her, he has not committed any offence towards his first wife.
Therefore, your friend need not worry.
