Dear Respected Lawyers,

I ordered 2 products from Snapdeal. Order was very late from the date they given for delivery.

I talked customer care and told them to give my money back as I don want this order. I told them not to sent Order.

They gave me my money i.e. Rs. 2700/-

But I got products after 9 to 10 days.

I was not at home for 4 to 5 weeks for My exams so My Younger Brother accept delivery.

Its 2 month passed now.
I tried to return it but there is no pick up from option for my adress means company will not sent any1 to pickup these products from my home coz its a town.

Is It offence?? or crime??

What should I do?

Any advice?

You can remind the Company through registered post and keep the products in sfe custody.

This is a case of unjust enrichment which you are bound restitute sooner or later, but no offence involved.

Dear questioner

NO BODY CAN ENRICH HIMSELF AT THE COST OF OTHER.

In your case, you got the money as well as goods.

You should have immediately paid the money back.

Alternately you should have sent the goods by courier to the company.

Basic equity principles calls for your refund of money or return of goods.
this is a common sense principle and rule of law. You need not make it an issue in this forum by wasting time of the readers
You tender your apology to the company by returning money or goods.
