more than two sons of public servant

Can a public servant working in a state govt job can have more than two child's . as it is rule not to have more than two child. Pls explain the rule correctly.

I belongs to mp state is that any provision in govt job regarding no of children. For promotion or job releted after getting job . means if I got a job when I was single and now I have 3 children so is there any problem regarding job or promotion . any provision.

A vague hypothetical query!

No relevance of the term, "I got a job" and to get answer about 12-15 years in advance of the incident of promotion after you become eligible for promotion that too when you have not yet got any Government job.

First get job, wait for promotion for several years till your turn comes for promotion and see the provisions of latest rules regulating your would be promotion that time.
