Market Value of Property

I have purchased 04 flats in village Golivali, Tal - Kalyan, Dist - Thane & survey no of property is 09 (nine). I want to know the market value of the property. Can anybody help me? it's very Urgent.

Market Rate of any property is assesed on the DLC rate and prevailing rate in the locality.

DLC rate list is available in the offie of Sub-Registrar of concerned area.

The value of property is also based on the correctness and genuineness of documents of property. If you have complete chain of title, approved site plan, map etc. than you can expect good price.

You have a make an application in the SRO office within whose territorial jurisdiction the property falls. In other words the SRO office where your seller has executed the sale deeds.
