Wife left to her parent’s house in my absence without intimation after showing rude behavior to my parents for 5 months from my joint family set up of house and not returned back so far. Conditions for rented house. Both govt. servants, but she draws more than me resulting her being in ego, dominating/rude nature with high BP and follows her mother& sisters. To press, she threatened of police/court by SMS & telephonically a no. of times. I wrote this episode to Police Stn. & for action. On police query, she went to women Cell & charged falsely me & my family members of being tortured mentally. Women cell threatened me loss of money/jail and asked to accept her condition of residing on a rented house keeping aside her cruel/rude/insincere threatening/frequent changing behavior. I denied & gave my decision in writing of residing with her at my independent floor of my parents’ property. She wrote of residing in alone at a rented house for sometime till further decision in the case & even made ‘yes’ for civil suit against me soon for divorce.
Confused now !
What legal steps should I proceed now to protect myself to avoid any legal action against me and my family members under Women Act on false charges
or
For her smooth return with condition of not repeat of the same
or
She may be ready for mutual Divorce for peace of mind for me
Or
What type of alimony may be claimed by her, is she be eligible for the same

1.seek the anticipatory bail to avoid apprehension of arrest.
2.offer her ful and final settlement of the dispute and seek divorce by mutual consent.
3. for her smooth return u accept her conditions if u feel that every thing will be quit fine thereafter.
4. the alimony can be claimed according to the status of the parties.

Actually, no understanding/tuning/faith i.e personal dispute between us due to her being in ego of superior in post/salary. But she tries to convert it into a family issue that my family tortures her mentally despite a truth that everything is separate due to independent floor in our residence system. She conditions for coming back with me of shifting to a rented house to get (as I think) a full freedom of dominating me in all respects like her mother who behaves with her husband like, by making me separated from my family members. Her members misguide her to gain from her salary & she follows them.
Now situation – I am not willing to go in a rented house with her as per her attitude. If not accepted, she is in mood to file divorce on the basis of false charges of mental torture by me & my family members, though she does not have any proof/evidence for the same only on the basis of verbal statement.
- Please give a constructive solution of the situation as next meeting at CAW Cell soon, with all family members of both sides so that a proper representation is made there to get a mutual divorce or her return to my parents house with condition of not repeat of odd attitude again by her.
- Can I seek a divorce in easy way from my side on the grounds : For 5 months she is in her house going in my absence/intimation, her ego behavior and she has no proof/evidence of any harassment of physical or mental nature committed by me or my family members, She had taken keys of almiraha of our personal & valuable items, her threat SMS
