Statements before S.D.M

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 22 April 2015 This query is : Resolved 
Dear experts,I gave a statement before S.D.M in 1975 that I leave out all claims in an immovable property to my mother and she can do whatever she wants with the same.The same is registered.Are those statements valid and admissible under law?
