Law degree through distance or online education

Respected sir,

Vanakkam. I wish to know that the LLB degrees offered by University of Kashmir, Guru Nanak Dev University, Centre of Distance Education, Amritsar, University of Jammu, (Directorate of Distance Education) are recognised by Aicte, UGC , Distance Education council and Bar Council of India?

If i get these degrees, can i register in BCI?

Is there any foreign university's online education or distance education of LLB or BL degree is recognised by Bar Council of India?

Degree from Directorate of Distance Education is not recognised by Bar Council of India. No such online education or distance education of LLB or BL degree is recognised by Bar Council of India to practice as an advocate. One has to get degree of LLB full time from a recognised university to enrolled as an advocate.
