I reconstruct my native house, the old house is form 1964 i pay taxes also now i build slab house in place of old house is any requirement to make to do NA for the same place? is any govt circular for the same in grampanchayat area in maharashtra

Permission of Gram Panchayat should be obtained first just to avoid future complications.

Permission is taken as well as NOC Taken for Water / Electric Connection still i Received penalty notice for residential use of Agri-Land, what to do for the same

What type of permission is granted? Is it not clear in the permission that the agricultural land is being used for residential purpose. If such permission is already obtained, where is the question of penalty notice when there is no irregularity.

First approach the concern panchyat and seek their permission for it.

Panchyat already issue assessment form no - 8 in which its stated also its slab house. now i want to reply to land revenue recovery department about the penalty. what reply to give because our house is since from 1964 & i also pay the taxes since long
