Bda katha for ca site

Hi,

i wanted to know your view on my following issue.

i did purchased a site in a layout which has been approved by BDA, but the problem with my site is that it falls under CA area in the BDA plan and the society still went ahead and registered for its original member, later they had colluded with Revenue department and obtained the BDA katha as well and subequently sold it,i am the fourth owner, after BDA katha,subsequently BBMP katha had been issued and all relevant tax paid.subsequently i applied for house plan approval to BBMP and it also got approved.

so now my question is what will be my hold on this property? will i be able to fight it in court and legalise it?
or else what alternate options.
Please udpate me in detail on this.

contact a local lawyer . it appears that by manipulation your BDA khata and BBMP plans have been approved . sell it off if you find a buyer
