Dear Sir,
I have resigned from an organisation in 2010, where i was working as a contractual employee. I started working there from 2006. And during my tenure i worked under two contractors (Teamlease and Mafoi). Teamlease was depositing PF in Bangalore and Mafoi was depositing in Mumbai. I was resigned in short notice as I got a good opportunity. I ddnt withdrawn my PF till date.
my query is, can i get the PF amount without the help of previous employer( i know the PF number)

Yes you can withdraw the PF amount, without the help of your previous employer.
You have to submit the Pf refund form to the concerned authorities, explaining the reason for not getting the signature from the employer. The PF authorities will send the documents to the employer for verification and then will disburse your PF amount.
