Wrong transfer of fund

(Querist) 26 December 2013 This query is : Resolved 
We have wrongly trsf a fund in 2005 in other account. We came to know about the same in 2009. We sent notice to other party requesting to return the amount. However notice not served.
Now in 2013 we want to take help of Police officials by filing a police complaint.
Can we do so ? and under what section ?

your question is complecated to answer, you belated to claim, you can request to him, any way file a suit for money suit.
