Tell me about ad-interim injuction

i am the owner of a plot no 125 in survey 75. but somebody has made some forged document and showing the same land in different survey with plot number 203 in survey number 76. to extract money he has filed a suit against me and got interim injunction my property.
i being the original owner does this interim injunction have any implications on me?????
advice me.....................

You are the absolute owner of the property as per your custody document and someone file injunction upon property, so you are affected in this matter, it is necessary for you engage a local lawyer for perfect proceeding to win the case.

Yes, if you are the owner then fight the case.
If the document is forged you can file petition u/s/340 crpc in the same court.

Well you own plot no 125 in survey no.75.
And your opponent is claiming same spot to exist in plot no.203 of survey no.76.
His suit must be for plot no.203 of survey no.76 but with a wrong spotting of your land.
By the interim injunction order,the court must have restrained you not to interfere in his possession that is plot no 203 of survey no.76.
You need to engage a lawyer and to file an objection that land in dispute lies in plot no.125 of survey no.75.
There after inquire about his modus operandi of forgery and then file FIR against it.
