Greetings
im married past eight yrs, having 3sons aged 6/4/3. my husband mentally tortures me to give in to everything his sisters say and do. he deprives me even of the basic necessities, eg. groceries and pocket money.
Now he says he is not happy with me and wants to marry another girl half his age, and threatens to remove me out of the house. I have no help either physically , mentally or financially.
WHAT SHOULD I DO?
KINDLY ADVICE!

file complaint under DV act . you have right to stay in shared household and can obtain a protection order and maintenance from court

You can enforce your rights though the process of ;aw for which you can file case under PWDV Ac to get monetary assistance.
To punish him for perpetrating tortures you can file case u/s 498A IPC.
However keep in mind these are last option as after this your marital tie would be broken for sure.

refuse to give him divorce . if he files for divorce contest the proceedings .
dont file 498A you have 3 young children . it will ruin your married life

You may tell him in clear words that you are not going to bear torture and if he does not amend his ways you will be forced to move legally.
You have to stand yourself, others may help but initiative is to be taken by you.
You have all rights to stay in your matrimonial house, if he takes some steps to deprive you of the shelter don't hesitate to take the help of woman cell and police.
Don't give him divorce even after emotional black mailing.
Try to search some job to be self dependent if possible.
