I'm accused no. 4 in 498 case, after 3 months 306 added, chargesheet files after 9 months, presently on bail taken for 498 case , living distantly and broke away all ties with parents i.e. Accused 1to 3. Now a date by JFMC court for commit. Others taken Ant. Bail . I have not received summons , i gave my true address and ph. no. To police. My querry is whether my bail will continue normally or if i have to apply for continuation , what are the chances/scope of removal of my name from FIR/Case before commit in lower court i.e. Before shifting case to sessions. In chargesheet only allegation against me about provoking and no evidences etc. Regarding manner and incidents , I'm living distant since 15 yrs. Broken all ties and self dependant . There is my name in FIR just to harm my govt. Service . I even never went to my native place since years hence no contacts/friends there.

A Govt servant is liable to report arrest or bail to his deptt. If you have not done so disciplinary action can be taken against you regardless the merits of the case.
During pendency of FIR, no promotion, confirmation, upgradation, deputation, pension, gratuity, forwarding of application for other job etc will take place.

There is negligible /no scope for removal of name by the lower court while forwarding the case for session trial.
