Can I get an authority to show that change in shareholding pattern of a private limited company doesn't amount to change in the constitution of company

IT DEPENDS UPON THE WORDING IN THE ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION OF THE COMPANY APART FROM TABLE A ADOPTION.

AS PER COMPANY LAW DIRECTOR NEED NOT BE A SHAREHOLDERS.

IF ARTICLES ARE FURNISHED EXACT POSITION CAN BE DECIDED.

There is no need for a citation for this common sense. Change in the shareholding has nothing to do with the change of constitution.
