What are all the documents available to prove the ownership of a land.? And also what are all the documents like parent document, patta, chitta adangal are must to register a document?

Tile deed is the most important deed to prove title.
Other documents depends upon the nature of land.

The title deed is the most valuable document for proving the ownership and other documents are supplementary.

Title deed and the record of the authority wherein such title deed is recorded with the open ownership of previous seller to our seller, patta, land passbook etc. are mandatory documents to be seen for establishing the ownership of a seller.
