Sale deed documents lost

Sir, I bought a site in Bangalore. One of the Sale Deed of previous owners of this site is lost and I have a certified copy. But the site is in my name and I have the original Sale Deed. The previous owner have given police complaint and news paper advertisement about the loss of Sale Deed. Can I obtain housin loan from Banks

you have already bought the property . banks are reluctant to lend money when chain of original documents are not avilable .
the previous owner has completed the legal formailities lodging police compliant , obtaining certified copy of document . since you have already bought the property find a bank which would be ready to
advance money
