Spl leave petition (crl) appeal in 498 a ( 2 yrs confirmed by High Court)was not admitted for appeal and dismissed by Supreme court as stating that "there is no value in the case" without any trial of the case how can appeal be made to review the case for the injustice since the appeal is dismissed in admissible level

There is no scope left now after dismissal of Hon'ble Supreme court.

Most of the Appeals gets dismissed at the admission level in supreme court.

now u can file review petition in SC but chances are poor.

you will be wasting time and money in going for review . once applea has been dismissed you have basically no chance in review
