it is V-Mall and summons served to secretary. there are four accused but summons not served personally to all. All summons give to secretary and secretary put seal of V-Mall and sign.

society is n0t registered till date because society has no fund.

whether plead guilty in this case or challange the case.

in book, penalty is rs. 500/- or three months imprisonment or both.

please help.

penalty is nominal . fighting case would entail legal expenses . as it is your Mall does not have funds . so pay the fine

In case courts imposes penalty and imprisonment both then where shall you go if you plead guilty?

It shall be better to take the court in confidence prior to pleading guilty at any later stage.
