Regarding salary

I am working as a librarian in a Delhi Public School.I was taken on probation in the year 2008 and was given a letter regarding terms and conditions.In the letter it is clearly mentioned that you will be get salary and allowances as er central govt rules.But on the other hand school is giving me a salry of 9700 rs instead of 30000 rs per month .School is governed by the Delhi School Education Act 1973.Now I want to file a legal case .Now advice me were I will file it so that my arrears woll be get cleared.

You can file a civil suit at the place wherein you are serving. it shall be better to serve a legal notice prior to filing such civil suit.

Under which provisions of service law i will file a civil suit regarding the above matter.

You have to file suit for declaration under Civil procedure code with consequential relief of grating all service benefits as were undertaken by way of service agreement executed with you.

For filing this case i will have to pay court fee also ,if yes then how much for the amount of 8 lakh and at which rate.
