Will matter

(Querist) 20 September 2012 This query is : Resolved 
sir, I have put two query two days ago.but you cannot explain the second query.
(1)can the first witness who is the attested witness on the will also a scribe on the will can prove the unregistered will indiviualy because according to law atleast one witness can prove the will.This witness accept in his cross examination he seen the testator sign on the will when both(two ) attested witnesses are present and after sign by testator both witness sign on the will as a attesting witnesses. because the testator ask both the witnesses sign on the will as a attesting witness His witness is complete.second winess also accept the signature of testator and he accept his signature on the probate petition his witness is goingon.both the partition suit and probate case are consolidated.
