Your Uncles have equal share in the Joint Family Property.

The law here wont recognise the maintenance work done by your father and even if we try to find out some accounts for this, it will not be fruitful to go into litigation for this purpose.

It will be better to settle the matter within family.

dear querist ,
Its all right that your uncles have equal right over the property and there is no such provision like increase in share as a award for taking care of property however your father can get whole property or some desired extra part by taking grounds of family partition and doctrin of reliquishment ,few more facts needed to give you proper advise ,feel free to contact.
