Rights on ancteral property

can a married woman claim rights on her parents property as her mother and father both have died and she has three brothers.

pls confirm whether above said property is ancestral property or her father self earned property ? if her father/mother self earned property and without make any will after demise, all the legal heirs have equal rights of the deceased.
