Delegated powers cannot be sub-delegated any further, as the authority delegated with the powers work on behalf of someone else. Since delegated legislation is made by a person or body, other than the sovereign in Parliament, by virtue of powers conferred either by statute or by legislation which is itself made under statotory powers. So in my views, the said delegated statutory powers cannot further be sub-delegated by the person conferred with such powers.
