Sir
I shashidara wanted to make proof that my wife is working at private firm.
I had send a letter to a company that give me detail of her salary, but till now no reply had come.
So what action to be taken to know her salary.

If the case is pending in the court then file an application to call the docuemnts and details from the co.,

Shashi, Try this,

Send a Legal notice, or a letter by courier to her on pvt firm office address. Accompany him with your person, and let him deliver the letter, with witness, and mobile video recording ON,
Also issue Legal notice by Regd Post Later On.

It will prove her presence in Co, and her job, + any conversation with staff of her job , Later in cross, prove her job, and ask her to produce her I Tax, + Salary cert, bank a/c etc.

You can apply for witness summons or CrPC 91 to the company.

As this is a civil suit so you can very well summon the record of the company in the court for your evidence.
