A Company have been purchased a property situated in gurgaon. Now Company Wants to register Same propety in its own name.So
1) What will be the Procedure for Registration of Property?
2) What Documents will Required for the same ?
3) What Will Be the Stamp Duty?
4) Where it will get Registration?

1. company has to execute a sale deed with the sellor and register it in the office of sub-registrar after paying requisite stamp duty.
2. All the documents which proves the title of the sellor is required.
3. Stamp duty depends on sale price, locality etc. You can find out the same by way of valuation in the office of the Tahsildar or Collector.
4. The registration will be done at Office of Sub-Registrar at the locality where the property is located.

Sale Deed and other title documents required before drafting the sale deed infavour of the company and it has to be registered in concerned jurisdictional sub registrar office by paying 8% stamp duty and 1% registration fees. This is in Tamil Nadu but you need to check whether it is different in UP?
