Registered gpa validity

We bought a flat under GPA and registered it and paid Stamp duty . It is bought from first allot tee in cghs
1) Can we get the freehold done ?
what is the impact of this on Supreme court judgement .

Even Registered GPA does not transfer interest and title in the property unless a sale deed is executed and registered.The GPA shall loose its' value the day owner shall die.
