Notice to respondents under contempt of court act

sir kindly i want format to issue noted under section 12 of comptem of coaurt act.
As the honorable court had issued warratnt of attachment for the attachment of salary the respondent department had received the said warrant and had attached the salary after few months the respondent department had release the salary with out prior permission of the honorable court. as i came to know that the respondent department had with malafide intetnetionlly reselse the salary and had vioilate the order of the honrable court. inconnection to that i want to give a notice under contemt of court act kindly given me format for the same.

It would be best to enggage an Advocate for drafting Notice matter instead of doing it yourself.

There is a pecualiar way a Notice under Contempt of Court Act is drafted and if you cannot enggage Advocate due to moniterary constraints then suggest to sit with petition writers which one sees sitting with their PC / printers at porta cabins arounf court complexes and they have several templates of similar kind and by giving your inputs a basic Notice may be made which I doubt may be upto good legal standards however for party in persons this may be an alternate option if coming from low economic stratas.
