Dear Sir I have an issue regarding my notice period in my current organisation.I have 90days notice but I do not want to serve the full period as I have to join my next organisation after 46 days.I will not be able to serve another 44 days and i want the adjustment should be done on my salary.But they are saying that they have changed the policy and I have to serve but they have not informed anybody and they are informing the same after 9 dys of my resignation.Pls advice how can I proceed?

If there was any agreement between you two about the terms of employment then the employer without your consent can not change the conditions.
So join in the new organization, nothing fruitful is going to happen against you.

Dear Sir, Thanx for your reply.Our appointment letter isnothing but an agreement between us and there was no other agreement or bond also.If my current organisation will disagree to provide my relieving letter,experience certificate etc.,how can I proceed for the same?Please guide me.
