Coloured advise of advocate to client

Dear Sir,

During conversation over phone wife told to her husband that she is being advised by advocate to state in front of Magistrate/ PS to speak that her husband kill her making naked so that she can't run out or come out to escape brutality. This conversation was recorded on mobile phone, is this recording will be cogent evidence before court and what action one can be taken against such ADVOCATE and under what section, PLEASE ADVICE.

how do you know your wife i s telling the truth?

did she name the advocate during the conversation ?

you are at liberty to make such complaint but the advocate will deny that any such advice was given .

you do not have recording of advocate advising his client to make such threats .

concentrate on the case rather than filing complaint against advocate

yes how you knew that advise was given by an advocate . Did you record the conversation between your wife and advocate.
What problem between you and your wife,
You better to solve all problem ammicablly by way of talk.

Merely because your wife said so to you on telephone that her advocate advised her so,
then recording such negotiation may prove helpful to you against your wife in ongoing case that she is charging you falsely on one pretext or the other.she may misrepresent it to in the name of her lawyer is an aspect you are ignoring to consider.

Any way if you proceed against the lawyer on strength of the evidence you have the same may prove an adventurous exercise.Do not think i am patronizing rather it is the quality of evidence you have convinces me to opine so.

It is akin to someone telling his wife, Shonee advised me so and so. Now whether Shonee said something or not, Shonee should be hanged.

It is not known whether she is telling the truth or not. but she mentioned the name of the Advocate during conversation over phone.

concentrate your energies on your legal battle with wife rather than on wild goose chase .

unless and until you have record of converstaion between the lawyer and your wife you do not have any case .

merely for this you can ask the court to hang
the advocate??
just ask and then see what consequences are
ahead?????
