Hello i want to pursue LLB course in india.I have following few questions requiring answers:
1.Presently i have not completed my graduation and one year left.I am doing graduation from Nepal.Whether am i eligible to pursue the course.
2.If i do LLB from nepal whether can i practice in india.
3.If not then are there any correspondence colleges for LLB.
4.Is there any limit to any additional course simultaneously taken along with LLB.

Other experts may reply on rest of the queries, however I know that you can pursue your LLB in India, if your graduation is from the university which is recognized at par as per UGC.

any one can do their education at any where in this world. you can do your course in India, if you like more over you need to get migration certificate from your place. hope without transfer certificate no one can do the other studies. either you need to wait for one year to completion of your degree, or discontinue your existing degree, For Legal degree, eligibility is +2 or any degree. IF you r completed your +2 then you need to study 5 yrs course of law and if your r completed degree then need to study further 3 yrs legal degree with my knowledge In India no university have correspondence course.
