is there any difference in distribution of property left by a Muslim man and women

There is difference only in regard to the share that will go to husband (in case of death of wife) and wife (in case of death of husband).
Husband will get 1/4th share while wife will get 1/8th share.
Except this difference, there will be no difference in the share of others.

To our EXPERT OUR RAMCHANDRAN SIR, Can you please clearify you answer as i am also not in exact possession to understand as to how ? AND UNDER WHICH LAW IF SHE IS SHIA MUSLIM AND HE IS SUNNAT AND IF HE IS SHIA AND SHE IS SUNNAT. PLEASE IF POSSIBLE

Dear Mr. Rajkumar,
The above share of 1/4th for husband and 1/8th for wife is similar both in Shia and Sunni Muslim law.
