sHIFT of Regd Office

Sir,

There is a Company incorporated on 24th April,2008 and want to shift its registered office from one state to another.

And the Company has no final accounts & Balance Sheet as on date filled and therefore what shall be the status?

can a Company do so as the Form No. 23 AC is not filled.

The company can shift its registered office from one state to another, there is no hard and fast rule that the company has to file its annual statements for shifting the registered office. Since the company was incorporated on 24-04-2008, it has got time of 18 months to hold the first AGM from the date of incorporation, hence you can apply to the CLB for change of registered office from one state to another state.
