on death of father his self acquired property is to be distributed among his legal heirs .
the sons can execute deed of relinquishment wherein they release their share of property.

A property self acquired by father who died intestate( that is with out a will) shall be succeeded only by his WIDOW

A property self acquired by father who died intestate( that is with out a will) shall be succeeded only by his WIDOW ,SONS AND DAUGHTERS.the grand children will not have any right as one created under a coparcenary.

The property self acquired by a person is divided equally among his/her legal heirs for which a legal heirs certificate is to be obtained. Basically his wife/husband and children are the legal heirs. Grand children have no right if their parents are alive

we are lawyers hence some time we needlessly out smart each other. No succession or legal heir certificate is issued by any court in respect of immovable properties, even mutations are done on proving heir-ship /lrs.etc.

agree with mr. singh's opinion, thanks.
