my father maid elder son as nominee on a flat.after fathers deth my elder brother claimed on said flat can he sell that flat and,after sale He is not ready to give our share.(we are four childrens of my father)Please tell what action we take

Mere nomination does not create any title.

If your father has died intestate then file a suit for partition and injunction of the properties he has left behind.

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO FILE A PARTITION SUIT TO CLAIM YOUR RESPECTIVE SHARES IN PROPERTY.
