can a will for property to be avilable if case pending in probate court be won as legal heir is vali

if someone made a will for a property for whcih she is contesting in probet court,as legal hear of her deceded brother ,that if she won the case then the propetry of her part be distrubuted as per her will,is it a valid will.
Now she died and the courtcase is still pending, what is the legal effect of the will. can any benificery in this will can file caveat or other proceiding in the court based on this will.

If she won the case then as per the will she will be owner of the properties

If she won then her legal heirs would inherit the property.
If the Will id probated then the propety would be distributed in accordance with the wish of the testator.
