What are the verious penal legal provision that deal with the corrupt Public Autority(Director) who made illagal appointment(without advertised the vacant posts)in govt. service taking remuneration from people.

Pliz advice step wised how to prosecute such corrupt authority in Court of law.

you can file a writ petition against public authority in high court, mandamus writ.

What would be the possible Prayer to court in case I file Writ Petition.
Here am not only want court to terminate the person illegally appointed but I want some action against the Appointing Authority who is corrupt.
