SUpreme Court Judgment

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 23 February 2011 This query is : Resolved 
Hon: Supreme COurt passed a judgment favoring society that stilt parking cannot be the property of the society.
What next step the society do to implement the judgment to take over the stilt parking from members who have bought illegally?
If society goes against the Judgment can it be contempt of court.
If members oposes the judgment, can I approach the co-op COurt or civilcourt ot high court.
Pl suggest next step.

If any member disobeys the judgment, society can take proceedings for contempt of court against him before the Supreme Court.

Thanks for prompt reply. The Secretary says: he will place the matter before the General body. But the General body cannot superceed the SUpreme Court Judgment.
In case the General body oppose the verdict, what is the next solution.
What is the role of the Dy. Registrar. I have wreitten several etters to them but they dont reply.
1- to approach Co-OP COurt
2- To approach High Court
3- To appraoch Supreme Court.
