registration of a apartment society

Respected experts,
we are having an unregistered committee in
our apartment.now monthly contribution have
been raised as Rs. thousand per flat resulting Rs.144000/per year.the present
committee to be registered now or not?
yearly audit should be done or not? pl.suggest.

It is mandatory to submit the yearly audit report at the time of registration of society under societies registration act in chase the society is running from few years back

you should register the committee so as to have a fair and transparent management and also for the purpose of a legal entity which is also helpful in many manners. The audit shall also be compulsory for the same.
